The deterioration of the global environment, brought about by pollution and deforestation, is the cause of many serious problems in the 21st Century. More and more, it has become the wish of mankind to improve the environment. In response to this wish, Kendensha and its original development division has endeavoured to invent products with an emphasis on safety and a positive environmental impact. Since Kendensha's establishment in 1958, it continues day after day to create original ideas and technologies that have evolved into 'products friendly towards Earth and humanity'.

I first met Ryuichi at Tokyo Big Sight, an international convention facility. He was full of spirit and youthfulness, and I could see his thirst for knowledge from the sparking eyes. Some time later, we had an opportunity to work together. He always quickly grasped things outside his field and even submitted a proposal that was far beyond my expectation. Alongside the speed of finishing the product, deep down I was amazed by that. I became interested in factors which form his extraordinary abilities. Since then, we have been doing business together every now and then. I was reassured to know the existence of someone with uncommon talent like Ryuichi in this modern education system, which hardly fosters outstanding individuals. Through many opportunities having conversation with him, I have been convinced that his talent is, of course, the result of his own efforts but also runs in his blood. Kendensha, the company he took over, has a promising future and is at the top of the list of a few companies which I wish to keep business partnership for years.
