1. Whether any sprockets are out upward of horizontal line of others
2. Observing from the discharge chute, if rows of oval-plate units are horizontal to fixed slits.
Please check where the noise is from and follow the steps below.
If the noise is from driving parts such as chains and sprockets, not a motor
please check the current value on control panel VFD (variable frequency drive) and compare it with the value at shipment inspection.
Please check if grease is adequately applied on the chain. If not, please apply.
- In case the problem is not solved,
there is a possibility that the driving parts may be broken. Please contact us.
