Notification - Change of closing days

From 14 September, Kendensha's head office and Tokyo branch offices will be closed on two days a week.
Up until now, Saturdays have been irregular, but in view of employee wishes and other circumstances, we have decided to close on Saturdays as a general rule.
However, in the event of an emergency or at the request of a customer, we will continue to be available on weekends and public holidays as in the past.

Therefore, from mid-September 2024 onwards, we will not be able to respond to calls to our head office or Tokyo branch on Saturdays, and administrative procedures may take place later in the following week.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, especially to our business partners. We deeply appreciate your understanding.
