Selected for JICA Project!
Kendensha has been selected for 2022 private sector partnership programme, needs assessment study by JICA! (Japan International Cooperation Agency)
This is one of JICA's business support projects for small and medium-sized enterprises and businesses relating to SDGs, and the adopted target product/technology is our 'KDS Separator'. The target country is Vietnam. The country that is expected to grow significantly in the future, as evidenced by the recent news that its population has exceeded 100 million. Along with this growth, demand for wastewater treatment will also increase rapidly.
The theme of the project is 'Needs Assessment Study for the Introduction of Highly Efficient and Environmentally Friendly Sewage Sludge Thickening and Dehydration Equipment in Vietnam', which aims to verify the needs for highly efficient and low-cost sewage treatment in Vietnam, while improving the quality of wastewater and reducing industrial waste. The study will be conducted from 20 July 2023 to 20 March 2024.
This study will be carried out not only by Kendensha, but also with the participation of two strong partners, San-in Godo Bank and the Kawasaki City Water Supply and Sewerage Bureau.
Through this needs assessment, we intend to promote our products in Vietnam so that they can leave a significant impact.
