Our Managing Director does welding work himself when we manufacture a product for the very first time.

The reason, he says, is

'By doing welding work myself, I can understand the strudcure and the process and how it is made in depth, which makes it easier to carry out value engineering.'

However, he complained that he was much better at welding stainless steel, not steel.

This is a common scene at Kendensha.
